Welcome to our Extended School Program | ESP
Atlanta Academy offers an Extended School Program (ESP) after school that provides all students with supervised activities, snacks, and homework assistance. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment beyond the regular school day.
ESP HOURS:
Nursery through Kindergarten: Monday through Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
1st through 8th Grade: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 - 6:00 pm (after Tutorial) and on Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
* ESP is not available on school/student holidays, days with early dismissal, or the Friday before Winter Break.
If your child participates in after-school clubs and activities (cooking, karate, dance, etc.) at Atlanta Academy and needs ESP after the activity concludes, they will be checked in to ESP when the scheduled activity ends.
ESP FEES:
* A one-time registration fee of $50.00 per family will be invoiced to your FACTS account at the time of enrollment. This fee will only be charged once every school year.

DROP-IN FEE:
We understand that emergencies arise from time to time. If you need your child to drop into ESP, please email Carolyn McCord, Director of Student Services at cmccord@atlantaacademy.com as soon as possible. Your FACTS account will be billed $30 per day for each drop-in use.
